The room is comfortable and the breakfast option (linked with the restaurant downstairs) is delicious. Automatic check-in and check-out is quick and easy. Luggage lockers were available for use. Clean, comfortable and very functional stay. Wifi was fast.

Very good breakfast. Love the rice burgers. Efficient and fast in preparing the food for "take away". Though managable, its location is a bit far from the JR Hakata Station Very good luggage storage services/ facilities before check in time. Great improvement in the convenience for having a separate bathroom and toilet in a twin bedded room.

No cups or glasses provided for drinking water. Also not sufficient hooks for hanging clothes. Provide a kettle in the room.

Room was bigger than we thought (you could actually walk around the bed). Rooms are also very clean. Hotel is located close to Hakata station.

Washing machines in 2nd floor takes so long time dry your clothes that it was faster to walk to proper coin laundry to wash and dry the clothes for second time.

Rice burger breakfast was interesting. The room is very new.

No kettle in the room. Toilet didn't work for a few hours while I was there due to maintenance.

High tech, new, clean, price included burger breakfast, prefect location with choices of restaurants for dinner.

One of the staff on night duty was unfrinedly when we requested for bottled water.

Very small room, impossible for 2 people with suitcases. Breakfast is served in a tray in the restaurant downstairs with limited choices. Check-in is done on a machine at the reception, no chance for early check in or even choosing your room.

About 6-7 min walk from Hakata station (not bad)... Very impressed with the complimentary breakfast. We were also pleasantly surprised how neat the room was (in a little packed space as expected), with toilet and shower area separated, so we ended up extending our stay here. There are convenience stores and a popular local ramen place nearby. Also a few car rental stores are located around within walking distance which is a great plus for us. No problem with the self check-in/out. Can request free bottle water from front desk if needed, along with other amenities. Parking is first-come-first-serve, but did not have any issue and offered more competitive option (1300 JPY per day).

Hotel is very popular, so it could be very busy (or packed)... took a while to get elevator during their busy check in/out time.... room wasn't as clean in our second room... Can see the self check in process could be troublesome for travelers who are not tech savvy.

Personale sgarbato e poco cordiale. Gli chiedo una bottiglia d'acqua e me la negano dicendo che stavo facendo in quel momento il check out. È vergognoso negare acqua ad una persona. Da evitare assolutamente dato che lo staff non è disponibile e si rende sempre latitante.
